At Taco Truck Salsa Company we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please e-mail us, using the contact page of our web site, with the following information:  Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage. On clothing, we will exchange sizes with clothing that is not washed with original tags still attached only. Our sauces and salsa products are only refundable if there is something wrong with the product upon receipt. Everybody’s taste buds are different and tastes may vary a bit, but the quality of our products is what is most important. If you feel that there is a problem with the product, please contact us immediately so that we may correct the issue, and assure your satisfaction.
